Renewed Life Properties describes itself as Sun City’s remodeling and design center, and it is the only pick on this list based in Sun City. Its aging-in-place work covers grab bars, ADA-compliant toilets, accessible tubs and showers, wider doorways, wheelchair ramps and lower countertops. It also offers interior design, architectural drawings and permitting. Its site cites more than three decades of remodeling experience.
Best for accessible bath systems with aging-in-place certification
Re-Bath’s Peoria franchise lists Sun City and Sun City West among its service areas. It offers accessible bathroom remodels, walk-in tubs and accessible showers built around Re-Bath’s own systems. Its regional Re-Bath & Kitchens site says its team members are certified aging-in-place specialists. If that credential matters to you, ask to see the certificate for whoever designs your job.
Five Star Bath Solutions’ Sun City franchise is based in Youngtown, which borders Sun City. It installs low-threshold walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in tubs, and it has a dedicated page for safety and accessibility remodels. It is a good fit when the job is one bathroom and the goal is getting rid of the tub wall.
