Buckeye is the fastest-growing city in the United States, and it shows in the housing stock. Thousands of production homes built between 2008 and 2024 sit in communities like Verrado, Tartesso, and Sun Valley Farms — all built to a price point and ready for the upgrades that make them feel like custom homes. We bring design-build remodeling to Buckeye homeowners who want to stop living in a house that looks like every neighbor on the street.
We serve all of Buckeye including Zip Codes 85326, 85396, and 85338.

Full-home renovations under a single contract — kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and more coordinated by one project manager.
Verrado is Buckeye's flagship master-planned community — a walkable new-urbanist neighborhood with thousands of homes built from 2003 through today. The older sections of Verrado (pre-2015) now have kitchens and bathrooms showing their age, and homeowners are investing in upgrades that reflect current design standards: quartz countertops, flat-panel or shaker cabinets, frameless showers, and LVP flooring throughout.
Tartesso's large-lot homes in western Buckeye are among the newer builds in the area, but they share the same production-builder finishing: standard cabinet boxes, cultured marble, and basic tile. The western Buckeye market is rising and homeowners investing in kitchen and bathroom upgrades are seeing returns in a neighborhood where land value is appreciated but home improvements stand out.
Older Buckeye — the Watson Road area, original townsite — has housing stock going back to the 1950s and 1960s. These homes have different remodeling needs: structural updates, full kitchen rebuilds, and bathroom conversions that bring older footprints into line with modern living. We have experience with both old and new construction.

We develop the design with 3D renderings so you can see the finished space before work begins. All materials are selected and ordered before demo day.
We handle demo, rough-in, finish installation, and final walkthrough. All permits pulled, all inspections scheduled. One point of contact throughout.
Yes — we serve all of Buckeye including Verrado, Tartesso, and the western communities. Given Buckeye's size, we schedule projects efficiently across the city. Call 602-885-6998 to discuss your project timeline.
The City of Buckeye requires permits for structural changes, plumbing work, and electrical upgrades. We handle all permit applications and inspections as part of our project scope — you don't need to manage the city directly.
Kitchen remodels are the most common — specifically cabinet and countertop replacements in builder-grade kitchens that were installed 10–15 years ago. Walk-in shower conversions and primary bathroom updates are the second most common. Many clients do both at the same time since the disruption overlaps.
Most interior remodeling work doesn't require HOA approval since it doesn't change the exterior of the home. For any work that touches the exterior (windows, doors, exterior paint), we help prepare documentation for HOA review. Interior kitchen and bathroom remodels are typically outside HOA jurisdiction.
We serve all of Buckeye and the surrounding West Valley. Free in-home consultations — we come to you with material samples and a no-pressure estimate.
